Ron gets ready to fell native trees for the stadiumNotional have announced their plans for a new stadium to be built in time for the 2011 Rugby World Cup. Western Collesium (the WC) is to be built on the West Coast of the South Island close to the port of Hokitika.

"Port Hokitika is the ideal location for a new stadium" says Ron Trash, leader of the Notional Party, "close to transport hubs, and with plenty of available flat land sports fans will be able to go to a game and immediately afterwards slip into town and experience the famous West Coast hospitality".

Stadium construction costs will be lower than in other parts of New Zealand, "There's plenty of concrete nearby and apparantly heaps of native trees that have just been hanging around for centuries" boasts Ron, "We can build the entire stadium out of native timber to give it a real distinctive Kiwi feel, I reckon".
